    Description

    DigitalRecruiterTM App is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Python/Django Developer with full-stack capabilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on building robust web applications using Python and Django.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and the Django framework.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
    3. Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React or
    4. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
    5. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
    6. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    7. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation and a positive user experience.
    8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development, and apply them to enhance our products and processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in Python and Django.
    • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, ).
    • Experience working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing complex SQL queries.
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
