    Job Description :
    We are seeking a highly skilled Python Architect with extensive development experience in Python programming.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, system design, and development, with a proven track record of driving technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for projects.

    As a Python Architect, you will typically interact with individual contributors, managers, and customers, playing a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Technology Design :

    Lead the design of technology solutions using Python, ensuring alignment with project requirements, industry best practices, and organizational standards.


    System Architecture:
    Architect scalable and robust systems leveraging Python programming language, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.

    Development Leadership:

    Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in the implementation of Python-based solutions and driving excellence in coding standards and practices.


    Execution and Optimization:
    Oversee the execution of technology projects, actively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

    Stakeholder Interaction:

    Interact with individual contributors, managers, and customers to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any technical concerns or challenges.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective execution of technology initiatives.


    Technical Expertise:

    Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Python programming and related technologies, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to our projects.


    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    • Extensive development experience in Python programming, with a deep understanding of its syntax, libraries, and best practices.
    • Proven track record of designing and architecting software systems using Python, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
    • Strong expertise in software architecture principles and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving technology innovation and excellence.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individual contributors, managers, and customers.
    • Experience working in Agile development environments, with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Experience with other programming languages and technologies, such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
