Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems reported byourcustomers. Document problem solutions in companyknowledge base. Present technical concepts in a clearmanner. Provideoncall support via rotational schedule. Participate in recurring support reviewmeetings presenting challengingcases and newideas to the support team. Required(candidates must have this experience): Candidate with 35 years IAM product suiteimplementation experience. 3 years with Sail Point IdentityIQ (IIQ)6.x & 7.x including LifeCycleManager (LCM) and Compliance Manager(CM) all SailPoint IIQ modulesalong withinstallation and upgrade experience. Expertise in User Provisioning AccessCertifications Access RequestWorkflowDelegated Administration and Password SelfServiceinSailPointIdentityIQ. Experience in Java/J2EE development XML XHTML JSF CSSHTMLJavaScript AngularJS PowerShell JavaBeanShell Web Service and SQLDatabases withdevelopment experience. Role Based Access Control Governance andAccess CertificationinSailPoint Ability to identify strategic improvementsand delivering measurablebusiness value in aplannedmanner.
Knowledge of all the flavors of SailPointinstallation upgradeanddeployments; Configure and deploy SailPoint IIQConnectors for varioustargetsystems. Should have knowledge of SailPointintegration with Workday SAP andServiceNow. Handson withaggregation workflows tasks forms rules androles. Strongunderstanding of internal technicalities of SailPointIIQ. Development ofLCM workflows for Onboarding TransferOffboardingand Emergency Terminationprocess. Design anddevelopment of custom rules to setupcontinuouscertification for access review ofall users Role composition certification. Experience in developing applications usingJava J2EE componentsincluding Servlets JSPJDBC. Proven trackrecord of aggressive troubleshooting techniques;effectiveuse of all resources availableincluding documentation onlinesourcestesting and experimentation and theknowledge of othertechnicalprofessionals.
