- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in plant management, preferably within glass industry
- Leadership, Change Management and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- In-depth knowledge and monitoring experience of production processes, quality control, safety standards and supply chain operations
- Experience in managing cost, budget and resources effectively

- Taking responsibility for the oversight of the assigned plant
- Assuring that the plant fulfills all targets in compliance with the manufacturing strategy and functional strategies
- Reviewing overall production capacity plans and resolving planning-related major issues
- Monitoring regular managerial, administrative, and operational performance and KPI reports from the plant.
- Overseeing plant-level maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives across all functions, including people management.
- Serving as the Plant Advisor for all factory employees
- Evaluating the investments and other critical decisions essential for plant operations
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards related to Quality, Environment, and Employee/Contractor OHS
- Guiding the organization in terms of structured communication, progress monitoring, and decision-making
- Monitoring what competitors are doing, new investments and governmental incentive programs
