- Over all 3 to 5 yrs of experience in M&A
- Assisting in financial analysis, including valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence, to assess potential M&A opportunities
- Conducting market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Supporting the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and other materials for senior management and other stakeholders
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, including deal documentation, data room management, and coordination with external advisors
- Participating in deal negotiations and supporting the deal team in structuring, pricing, and documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, operations, and integration teams, to facilitate successful deal execution
- Assisting with post-merger business integration activities
- Prior experience working in an M&A role, strategy consulting, market research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create financial models and presentations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn
