Roles & Responsibilities

Over all 3 to 5 yrs of experience in M&A
Assisting in financial analysis, including valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence, to assess potential M&A opportunities
Conducting market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets, market trends, and competitive landscape
Supporting the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and other materials for senior management and other stakeholders
Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, including deal documentation, data room management, and coordination with external advisors
Participating in deal negotiations and supporting the deal team in structuring, pricing, and documentation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, operations, and integration teams, to facilitate successful deal execution
Assisting with post-merger business integration activities

Primary & Secondary skills

Prior experience working in an M&A role, strategy consulting, market research
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create financial models and presentations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High level of motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn
