We are currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing activities for our commercial properties in Chennai.
Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to attract and retain tenants for our commercial properties, aligning with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Tenant Acquisition: Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective tenants through targeted marketing efforts, networking, and outreach initiatives.- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and execution of lease documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate leasing records.
