    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Recruitment & Selection-

    • Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates while optimizing costs.
    • Oversee all stages of recruitment, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement cost-effective recruiting methods while adhering to budgetary constraints and salary guidelines.
    • Keep track of recruitment metrics and data to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
    • Coordinate and conduct orientation programs to integrate new employees into the organization smoothly.
    • Gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and address any concerns they may have

    Talent Management-

    • Analyze market trends to ensure the organization offers competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
    • Monitor and support the performance appraisal process to ensure timely and meaningful feedback to employees.
    • Identify key talent within the organization and develop strategies to nurture and retain them.

    Talent Engagement-

    • Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
    • Implement strategies to retain top talent, such as career development opportunities and recognition programs.
