    Description

    Job Summary:

    The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Chairman.

    The Job holder works within broad guidelines and directions set by the Executive Chairman

    with a key role helping the strategic level staff develop its thinking on the positioning of

    the Company in its approach to the market. The Job holder has the necessary authority to make enquiries necessary to enable him/her to fully complete their tasks as encapsulated herein, and to escalate to Executive Chairman where this authority is not complied with.

    There are regular external contacts with business partners, suppliers, vendors and

    Customers. The Job holder would foster external relationships with suppliers to get the

    best possible deals and the best possible service and delivery levels from suppliers at the

    most strategical terms for the Company.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Chairman.

    Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for Executive Chairman.

    Arranges travel and accommodations for Executive Chairman and self.

    Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of Executive Chairman, taking notes and recording minutes.

    Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of Executive Chairman, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.

    Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.

    Performs additional duties as assigned by Executive Chairman.

    Performs other related duties as assigned/ adhoc.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

    Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.

    Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software with advance Excel literate.

    Able to travel alone to overseas and domestic a required

    Ability to sustain prolonged periods of concerted attention and work

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

    At least 5 years of related experience required.

    Preferred good knowledge of the mobile Communications sector, both local and

    international.
