    ROLE DESCRIPTION
    We're on the hunt for a smart, and energetic Business Development Manager. A Manager who has passion for the design/building industry and wants to grow his career in International Sales.

    The Business Development Manager is responsible for revenue generation by expanding the sales verticals and cultivating the business from new and existing customers.


    SHIFT TIMING

    • 3 am (IST)

    QUALIFICATION
    Proven experience in business development and sales
    Strong negotiation and communication skills
    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    Knowledge of market research and analysis
    Excellent presentation and organizational skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    Minimum 4 to 6 years of sales/business development experience
    Goal driven
    Experience of working with Australian customers would be an advantage
    A strong ethical compass
    Active listening, reasoning abilities
    Ability to evaluate and articulate best in class solutions without compromising on integrity


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Revenue Generation – B2B, B2C through emailing, Calling, Digital Media, and Social Media platforms
    Development & expansion of our client base
    Key account management
    Assistance in brand development activities
    Monthly / quarterly performance reporting
