    Company Description

    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Architect Technical Lead at Qogeant-Bizz (India) Pvt Ltd located in Guwahati. The Software Architect Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing software design and architecture, leading a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and driving architectural decisions.

    Qualifications
    • Extensive experience in software development and architecture
    • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, Laravel etc.
    • Strong knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
    • Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
    • Experience with agile development methodologies
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Experience in a technical leadership role is a plus
