Description

• Ensure delivery of 3D plans and BOQ within the set timelines keeping the client's requirements in mind to ensure closure of agreement keeping to ensure the handover date.
• Validate Design to BOQ is accurate.
• Determine optimum method of operations to achieve the required finished product efficiently.
• Create a project plan and share with all stakeholders specifying deliverables and Timelines
• Handover details regarding material etc required for the project to Procurement at BOQ stage
• Plan for projects to be delivered to the client basis the requests raised during the contract period
• Take measures towards task completion in case of exigencies to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Reviews each project plan against the performance and create the annual spend.
• Ensure complete documentation of communication with all stakeholders and ensure that all have the required information
