    Procurement Sourcing Associate ( with Global Management Firm) - IIT/NIT/IIM/BIT

    Support on-site teams in designing and executing sourcing process

    • Develop clean spend baseline
    • Develop should cost models & benchmark opportunity
    • Setup category dashboards (e.g., PowerBI / QlikView)


    • Collate demand requirements

    • SKU specifications, business requirements
    • Identify relevant suppliers to introduce into process
    • Design and launch RFX leveraging templates
    • Use esourcing platforms (e.g. Coupa, Jaegger) to run the RFX process and support collaborative optimization where applicable
    • Conduct RFP analysis and prepare negotiation decks
    • Develop procurement expertise in 12 broad categories
