- Connect with Operations, R&D and Business to identify Capacity, NPD & Infra upgrade projects across divisions and prepare annual Capex Budget
- Define project scope with R&D, Operations, Engineering & Packaging; prepare and align project proposals with feasibility reports/ costs benefit analysis for Management approvals
- Setup organization to deliver projects within targeted timelines, within budget and achieving targeted benefits
- Define execution strategies; engage consultants, contractors as per project needs
- Identify risks to project objectives and bring in corrective measures to mitigate/ eliminate the risks
- Design and selection of the right machinery and materials for intended purpose keeping in view reliability and integrity of manufacturing processes
- Explore cost saving opportunities with Operations in existing manufacturing processes; planning & execution of measures to achieve the targeted cost savings
- Ensure compliance to internal technical guidelines and EHS requirements in design and implementation of projects
- Identifying resource capacity gaps and hiring for new project roles
