    Position: Graphic Designer

    Work Timings: 4.00 pm to 1.00 am IST

    Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

    As part of our creative team, you create video content and assets across various media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media. You work with a larger team of creative professionals, supporting company goals and initiatives, meaning a collaborative mindset is an absolute must.

    Job Description:

    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams (marketing, copywriters) to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Conducted research and brainstormed creative concepts for logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and other visual elements.
    • Develop and present rough drafts and final design solutions using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
    • Select and implement appropriate color schemes, fonts, and imagery to achieve the desired visual impact.
    • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
    • Prepare high-resolution files for various print and digital applications.
    • Stay up-to-date on design trends and industry best practices.

    Qualifications / Pre-Requisites:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Excellent understanding of design principles (composition, layout, typography, color theory).
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
    • CGI experience will be an added advantage.
