Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing elegant, efficient, and reusable React components and frontend architectures.
• Leading the development of frontend features and functionalities, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborating with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX designs and requirements into clean, intuitive user interfaces.
• Optimizing application performance and responsiveness through meticulous code optimization and performance tuning.
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and advocating for their integration where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.
• Proven track record of delivering complex frontend projects from conception to completion.
• Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and related web technologies.
• Deep understanding of React ecosystem, including Redux, React Router, and other state management libraries.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and pipelines, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
