- Processing vendor invoices for security, housekeeping, pantry, stationary, hotel, travel, etc
- Procurement of stationary, pantry materials, and office equipment
- Maintaining MIS (Management Information System) for all procurement and invoices
- Arranging and monitoring cab and bus transport for employees
- Managing hotel flight booking, travel insurance, visa, etc
- Maintaining records of the company-owned vehicles, log sheets, driver duty, and petrol card
- Mobile data card management including CUG (Closed User Group) connections and billing MIS
- Maintaining an inventory of office assets
- Managing office asset and equipment repair, maintenance, and AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Tracking the attendance and overtime of drivers, pantry, and housekeeping staff
- Monitoring security measures and visitor management, including daily security checklists
- Office equipment and asset insurance management
- Supporting the corporate team in internal audits and compliance activities
- Issuing access cards and ID cards to employees and maintaining related MIS
- A bachelors degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
