    About the Role:

    The Network Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments. This role will involve ensuring the integrity of network infrastructure, planning, designing, and implementing local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN), and providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols, security protocols, and network monitoring tools.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Manage and administer network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
    • Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks.
    • Troubleshoot network performance issues and analyze network traffic.
    • Install and configure network hardware and software.
    • Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
    • Implement network security policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all network systems.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
    • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
    • Experience on configuring and monitoring LogicMonitor, Auvik, LibreNMS for NMS.
    • Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.

    Who you are:

    • 3+ years of experience in network administration and support.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, etc.
    • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or other networking equipment.
    • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds)
    • Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
    • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent (preferred).
