- Manage and administer network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks.
- Troubleshoot network performance issues and analyze network traffic.
- Install and configure network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
- Implement network security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all network systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
- Experience on configuring and monitoring LogicMonitor, Auvik, LibreNMS for NMS.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or other networking equipment.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds)
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent (preferred).
