- Align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and anticipate future talent needs.
- Sourcing and Talent Identification: Utilize various sourcing channels and strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews.
- Evaluate candidates for skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Effectively communicate recruitment strategies, progress, and challenges.
- Offer Negotiation and Closure: Lead salary negotiations and secure candidates with mutually beneficial terms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment metrics and use data insights to optimize processes.
- 2 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, strongly emphasising non-IT & IT hiring.
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- An individual with excellent communication skills in English & Hindi/Telugu, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A reliable and trustworthy individual who can quickly build rapport
- Growth mindset with an appetite to learn quickly
- Desire to work in a high-growth startup environment
- Very Good Proficiency in English & Hindi is expected
