    What will you be doing?

    • Align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and anticipate future talent needs.
    • Sourcing and Talent Identification: Utilize various sourcing channels and strategies to identify and attract top talent.
    • Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews.
    • Evaluate candidates for skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
    • Effectively communicate recruitment strategies, progress, and challenges.
    • Offer Negotiation and Closure: Lead salary negotiations and secure candidates with mutually beneficial terms.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
    • Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment metrics and use data insights to optimize processes.

    What are we looking for?

    • 2 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, strongly emphasising non-IT & IT hiring.
    • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
    • An individual with excellent communication skills in English & Hindi/Telugu, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills
    • Strong understanding of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • A reliable and trustworthy individual who can quickly build rapport
    • Growth mindset with an appetite to learn quickly
    • Desire to work in a high-growth startup environment
    • Very Good Proficiency in English & Hindi is expected
