Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for IT project coordination for its services, coordinating technical MRR implementations with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction within the accepted timeline, budget, and scope.

Experience:

• Must have a prior minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Information Technology, customer support, and technical services.

Requirement:

• Familiarity with Infrastructure management and deployment is a must.

• Advanced MS Word and Excel skills preferred.

• Proven track record of successful short/long-term projects with references.

• Ability to drive timelines and escalate issues as necessary.

• Understanding of product configuration process for ordering, disconnecting and billing.

• Comfortable working with internal teams and building customer relationships.

• Critical thinking and sound business acumen skills required.
