This is an on-site internship role for a Management Intern at BASELINE located in Delhi, India. The Management Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day project management tasks, including design coordination, site supervision, and project execution. The intern will work closely with the project management team to support various aspects of project delivery.

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Knowledge of design principles and construction processes
• Pursuing a degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
• Previous internship or work experience in the construction industry is beneficial
