- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set operations targets and objectives.
- The day-to-day activities will involve the execution of end-to-end services, material processing, and output management.
- Coordination with a service, support, and production team for operational support, inventory requirements, and implementation of quarterly operations surveys.
- Monthly operation performance tracking and management
- Development of standard operating procedures, setting up reverse logistics, vendor development, and leading new city expansion.
- Managing the on-ground staff on a day-to-day basis
- Collating and maintaining clients and operation information in the database and automating the same
- Tracking, managing, and troubleshooting customer complaints in set TAT
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Prior operation experience or startup experience is preferable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; well-developed organizational skills
- Relationship-building skills & high level of attention to detail are a must
- The role will involve communicating with people extensively - both on calls and by email. This should be something you enjoy doing.
