    Job Description

    1.Candidate should achieve Yearly (Target) goal sheet shared by the organization.

    2.Self-generated business and candidate should be able to identify and researching potential new leads

    3.Candidate should be capable of Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analysing ongoing projects in pharmaceuticals industry. 4.Candidate Should be competent to handle complex order taking through negotiations with client to secure profitability deal for the organization.

    5.Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

    6.Maintains meaningful relationships with clients by providing technical support at the time of sales, after sales support information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. 7.Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

    8.Prepares sales reports, project information reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

    9.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    10.Extending office support as and when needed

    Skills Required:

    1. Resident Engineer.

    2. Two-Wheeler owned by himself, along with valid two-wheeler licence

    3. MS Word & Excel Knowledge.

    4. Good Presentation, communication skills

    5. Should able to handle independent sales planning & tour planning

    6. Maintaining excellent client relationships for retention

    7. Should be competent to handle complex order taking through negotiations 8. Should able to handle independent sales planning & tour planning

    11. Candidate should be having Go-getter attitude, assertive & with high energy level
