    **Job Description: Manager SME - Portfolio Manager**

    Company Overview:

    We are currently hiring for one of the leading financial institution specializing in providing loans and financial solutions across various sectors. With a strong presence in Bhiwadi(RJ) Thane (MH) we cater to the diverse needs of businesses and individuals, offering products such as LAP (Loan Against Property) and Home Loans.

    Location: Ahmedabad, Rajkot GJ

    Product: LAP (Loan Against Property), Mortgage Loans

    Designation: Portfolio Manager or Deputy Manager

    CTC (Cost to Company): Upto 12 LPA

    Experience Required: 7+ years in SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) Loans

    **Job Responsibilities:**

    1. Loan Proposal Sourcing

    Source loan proposals for the SME department, focusing on Working Capital (WC) and Term Loans in the designated geographic area.

    Utilize various channels such as existing customers, cold calling, client visits, seminars, and trade fair visits to achieve budgeted targets.

    2. Marketing Activities

    Conduct marketing activities in the assigned areas to generate leads and promote loan products.

    Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and business partners.

    3. Process Management

    Maintain Turnaround Time (TAT) from loan application submission to disbursement to ensure efficient service delivery to customers.

    Recommend loan proposals, emphasizing their strengths and alignment with customer needs.

    4. Client Relationship Management

    Monitor client relations and payment schedules to ensure timely repayments.

    Understand client needs and recommend suitable loan products accordingly.

    5. Market Intelligence

    Stay updated with market trends, competitor information, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

    6. Stakeholder Management

    Build and manage cordial relationships with stakeholders through effective client servicing.

    Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination and support.

    7. Portfolio Performance Monitoring

    Monitor the performance of the loan portfolio in the assigned regions and take corrective actions as necessary.

    8. Cross-Selling

    Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products offered by the company to existing and potential clients.

    9. Direct Sourcing and Evaluation

    Engage in direct sourcing from the market and evaluate prospecting firms/customers for potential loan opportunities.

    10. Institutional Tie-ups:

    Recommend institutional tie-ups to expand the company's reach and enhance business opportunities.

    11. Appraisal Process:

    Recommend cases to put up for appraisal, ensuring thorough evaluation and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
