    Role&responsibilities
    1. AssistPartner in running her/ his office withefficiency.
    2. Coordinateoffice activities and operations to secure efficiency andcompliance with companypolicies.
    3. Superviseadministrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensureperformance.
    4. Managephone calls and correspondence (email letters packagesetc.)
    5. Trackstocks of office supplies and place orders whennecessary.
    6. Assistcolleagues whenevernecessary
    7. Vendorcoordination.
    8. Managemeetings travel arrangements including Visa passport hotel flightetc. for thePartner.
    9. Submissionof time and expensereports.
    10. Anyother work that is assigned by thePartner.



    Requirements

    3to 4 years ofexperience

    Relevantwork experience in consultingcompanies/Finance/ Tax Firms will be an addedadvantage.

    Goodcommunicationskills

    Goodto go in handling admin relatedissues.

    GoodMIS skills(excel).
