    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) to oversee and manage the sales operations in the designated territory. As a TSI, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and expanding the company's market presence in the territory. This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
    • Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
    • Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
    • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth in the territory
    • Conduct market research and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and achievements
    • Train and support the sales team to ensure product knowledge and effective selling techniques
