    Description

    Mohan Impex is seeking a highly skilled Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations across PAN India.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement effective purchasing strategies, policies, and processes to enhance business performance.
    • Analyze and manage procurement costs, implementing cost-effective solutions.
    • IDentify and mitigate procurement risks, developing contingency plans.
    • Nurture relationships with suppliers, resolving conflicts promptly.
    • Ensure the quality and compliance of procured goods, implementing quality control measures.
    • Maintain optimal inventory levels, reducing excess or obsolete stock.
    • Oversee the procurement of goods and services for the organization.
    • Develop new vendors, maintain vendor records, and select vendors.
    • Generate purchase orders (POs), track PO performance, and maintain purchase records.
    • Communicate with project heads and other department personnel to assess purchase needs.
    • Analyze price proposals of suppliers and company financial reports to negotiate the best price.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • 5+ years of experience in procurement or related role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Estimated salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum.
