    Overall experience of 20+ years with expertise in managing business by process than a person and key expectation would be to Define/Document processes & tools, execute/manage via score cards in close collaboration with multiple Leaders / peers

    Key skills and competencies:

  • Ability to interface effectively with peers / senior management
  • Effective influencer with multiple CSS stakeholders in a highly matrixed leadership structure
  • Ability to define and ensure adherence of Process driven approach
  • Ability to lead & provide direction in group meetings, and orchestrating the entire process internal and external & track actions until closure
  • Strong communication and presentation skills & a strong commercial acumen
  • Must be comfortable with change . willing to play the role of change agent, as CSS continues to evolve/grow
  • PMP certification is desirable

    Help manage, track all actions and metrics around below areas:

    1) Resource Management (Hiring Plans/Execution, Allocations)
    2) Resource Procurement Management (Vendor Contracts, Allocations, Invoices & Payments)
    3) Cost Management (Resource Levels, T&E, Time Cards, Billable Utilization, Avoid Project Overruns)
    4) Risk Management (Country & Engagement Level)
    5) Quality Management (Manage Delivery Compliance wrt QA/Health Checks actions)
    6) Process Management (Define, Document Changes, Tool Development & Institutionalise consistent Adoption), Identify ways & means to improve efficiency
    7) Sales Management (Booking & Revenue Forecast linearity, Deal Metrics, Maintain SOW/Proposal, Track Initiatives Progress, Lead Generation)
    8) Communication Management (Monthly Business Score Card, Metrics Reporting, QBR preparation)
    9) Program Management (Periodic Review of following delivery metrics and work on continuous improvement of metrics)
    10) Financial Management (all aspects) . P&L for CSS Business
