JobTitle: Sr. Associate/ Associate Manager/ Manager Finance andAccounts JobSummary: The Sr Manager /Manager Finance and Accounts will play a critical role in ensuringthe financial stability and success of our automobile company. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspectsof accounting Budgeting MIS and CostingResponsibilities:1. Annual Planand Budget: Participate inbudget preparation activity monitor actuals with budget andestablish checks and control. 2.Financial Accounting:Preparation and timely review of allaccounts with staff preparation and finalization of monthlyquarterly and annual books of accounts for management and review byAuditors in complying with relevant regulations.3. Accounts Receivables:

• Checking of SalesData on daily basis.
• Debtors Ageing Report
• Sales & debtors Reconciliation.
• Clarifying to customers for their queriesabout transactions.
• Raising credit/Debits tocustomers with accuracy on time.

4. AccountsPayables:

• Accuratelyand timely booking of all liabilities (Material Capex and Services)
• Timely and accurately payment of allliabilities (Material Capex and Services).
• Vendor balance confirmation &Reconciliation on regular basis

5. Capitalizations:Identification of ProjectsAssets which needs to be capitalize as per law and identificationof total cost/ assets value which need to be capitalize as perstatutory requirement. Verification of proper booking of the samein Accounting Software and Capital Budgeting records along withsupporting documents thereof.6. Management Accounting:Timely preparation andfinalization of monthly MIS for management.CostingSetting up costingsystem for getting product costing manufactured by SEPL suggestionto Management potential area of cost saving. Compliance withstatutory provisions.OthersGuide and motivateteam members. Ensuring compliance of all accounting and monetarypolicies of company and maintenance thereof to keep appropriateaccounts as guidance to staff.
Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree infinance accounting or a related field.
• Mastersdegree in finance accounting or a related field preferably C.A.
• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience infinance and accounting with a focus on the automobile industry.
• Good working knowledge of MS Officeparticularly Excel.
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to effectivelycommunicate financial information to a nonfinancial audience.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skillswith the ability to identify trends and areas of improvement.
