    Job Description:

    • We are hiring Senior Customer Tech. Support Engineers (Vibration Analyst level 3+) to lead all aspects of customer technical support for our APM/PdM Cloud platform.
    • The successful candidate will have experience in reciprocating Machinery, O&G and Energy industries, and hold an ISO Category III or IV Vibration Analyst Certificate.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication skills, high-level expertise in working with Google Workspace or MS Office tools, and proficiency in using computer software are required.
