Good written and verbal communication skills

EssentialStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT infrastructuresAbility to Maintain and Manage all the IT related Infrastructure (Such as; Network, Servers,CCTV, Access Control, Printers, Laptops, PRI Fixed Lines, LLC, etc.)Previous experience of the 1st and 2nd line supportExperience with PC's and Laptops hardware maintenance.

Mac Support/troubleshoot Experience.

Previous experience supporting onsite and offsite users via Remote toolsPrevious experience supporting Printers and other peripheralsExperience of using IT ticketing software (JIRA)Previous experience in creating Technical Documentation for problematic known issues.

Vendor \ Service provider managementKnowledge on VPN's clients such as; Fortinet & CATO VPN client.
Good Troubleshoot Knowledge on MS-Office 2016/O365
