    Role

    • This is a leadership role that is crucial to the company's scale ambitions in the near and medium terms. You will be tasked with championing POVs philosophy, culture and multi-creative approach with potential and existing clients. Work closely with agency leadership to meet Revenue and Growth targets. You will be expected to be a self starter and take lead on multiple fronts.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Work closely with the Founder & CEO to set and break down business targets by revenue heads. Take ownership of the full funnel of activities needed to achieve the business goals.
    • Build and maintain client relationships: Use your existing professional network to open conversations and explore opportunities across identified brands/categories. The ideal candidate is one with a network that allows them to engage with Marketing Heads, CMOs and/or other C-suite/leadership level professionals.
    • Build a business development team that has the capability to explore non personal network opportunities. Recruit best-in-class, multi-skilled people for the BD team and create frameworks and SOPs for them to ensure that opportunities go from conversations to solutions and revenue in a time bound manner.
    • Review client's monthly P&L statements, and analyse impact on account and agency profitability. Work closely with Finance team on contract and fees proposals.
    • Work with multiple internal teams including strategy, design, communications, technology and more to create world-class pitch and solutions decks for clients under discussion.
    • Work with cross functional teams to cross-sell and grow existing client businesses based on pre-set targets.
    • This role will appeal to someone who is a natural at networking and continually seeks platforms, forums, and communities where they can meet counterparts and leaders on the client side.

    Experience/Qualification

    • 10-15 years of experience with an Advertising/Design/Digital/Social /Experiential agency with at least 2-3+ years heading or leading the new business development efforts of the company. Experience of having worked on client side in a marketing, brand or business head's role is also works for us.
    • Ideal candidate must have a deep network in the Luxury, Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle categories.
    • Have a demonstrated track record of independently building revenues streams in a mid to large scale set up.
