Responsibleto : StoreManager

RoleSummary:

Greet the customers take ordersand create quality Coffee House beverages and snacks and food(training provided). Also maintain and clean the Store and performother necessary services asassigned.

Responsibilities:

Greet customerswith a smile as they arrive at the Coffee House outlet and assistin orders

Prepare andprovide quality beverages and snacks and food consistently for allcustomers by adhering to defined recipe presentation standards andtrainingprovided
Sell foodaccessories displayed on store like cookies etc. to customersvisiting theStore
Handle paymenttransactions efficiently anddiligently
Clear the platesand table after the customers have consumed and wash up dishes andcups
Educatecustomers by presenting and explaining the beverages and snacksmenu
Maintaininventories by replenishing and organizing supplies of foodingredients based onFIFO
Assist insorting storing distributing ingredients and catering set up
Responsible forand efficiently maintain daytoday operations of housekeeping andhighest food safety standard cleanliness andhygiene
Keep equipmentoperating by following operatinginstructions
Ensure that thecomplaints are resolved in a positive manner keeping customershappy ensuring recurringbusiness
Ensurecompliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks and ensurea clean and safe working environment with active participation inthe health and safety initiative
Anyother job duties assigned by StoreManager

Requirements

Cateringknowledge skills and abilities required (not essential trainingwill beprovided)

Preferably1 year working experience in catering or caf operations. Previousexperience in a retail or coffee shop environment anasset

CashHandling experience preferred including the use of point of salessystem

Excellentcustomer service skills

Strongverbal communicationskills

Detailoriented and works with a high degree ofaccuracy

Abilityto multitask in a fastpaced environment

Mustbe extremely responsible with integrity and ability to maintainconfidentiality and discretion

Maintaincalm demeanor during period of high volume or unusual events tokeep store operating to standard
