    Overview:

    TheTelecallerWalkin plays a crucial role in the organization as theyare responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potentialcustomers to generate leads and secure sales. They are essentialfor maintaining customer satisfaction and promoting companyproducts and services.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Make outbound callsto existing and potential customers.
    • Explainand promote products or services tocustomers.
    • Handle customer questions inquiriesand complaints.
    • Obtain customer information andfollow up on leads.
    • Set appointments for salesrepresentatives.
    • Maintain a detailed record ofcalls and customer information.
    • Meet and exceedsales targets and quotas.
    • Provide productknowledge to customers.
    • Update customerinformation in the database.
    • Resolve customerconcerns in a professional manner.
    • Adhere toscripts and call guidelines.
    • Conduct customersatisfaction surveys.
    • Participate in ongoingtraining and professionaldevelopment.
    • Collaborate with the sales team toensure customersatisfaction.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • High school diplomaor equivalent; bachelors degree is aplus.
    • Proven experience as a telecaller orsimilar sales/customer service role.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    • Abilityto handle rejection and remainpersistent.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasionskills.
    • Good listening and problemsolvingabilities.
    • Basic computer skills andfamiliarity with CRM systems.
    • Ability to workin a fastpaced environment.
    • Customerserviceoriented with a positiveattitude.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritizetasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of salesprinciples and methods is an advantage.
    • Abilityto work well within a team andindependently.
    • Fluency in multiple languagesmay be beneficial.
    • Flexibility to work variedshifts including evenings andweekends.
    • Demonstrated track record of meetingand exceedingtargets.
