Designation: Service Engineer Dynamic Positioning

Department: Global Customer Support

Location: Mahape Navi Mumbai

Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical.

Experience: 2+ years

CTC: 0-9 LPA based on the experience

Reporting hierarchy: Manager Service Delivery and Operations

Timing: 9 am to 6 pm

Working Days: 5 days

Job Role:

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.

Perform troubleshoot on technical problems evaluate options under circumstances.

Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications.

Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health, and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.

Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.

Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

Adhering to current regulatory requirements

Experience

2+ years of relevant experience in Maritime industry with good track record.

Experience in Marine Automation and control systems.

Knowledge and understanding on Dynamic Positioning System is a key advantage.

Good understanding and knowledge of Marine Automation products, Bridge Equipment, systems, their functionality, and applications.

Meticulous & methodical approach to case handling.

Ready and motivated for world-wide support activities.

Travel

Extensive travel whenever required.

Prepared to travel on short notice.

To possess valid travel document.
