    Requirement :

    We are looking for a senior architect with minimum experience of 10 years for a group company of Manjeet Bhullar (Arteform Designs Pvt. Ltd.). We are a leading design and build firm with over 40 years of experience in Design & Build luxury projects pan India (Architecture, Interiors, manufacturing).

    Responsibilities:

    · Oversee projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality

    and timeline expectations.

    · Manage and review drawing work (Civil & Interior) in collaboration with the design team.

    · Coordinate closely with internal site teams to ensure timely execution of all project stages.

    · Prepare detailed BOQs for both civil and interior works.

    · Conduct regular site evaluations to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.

    · Ensure implementation of drawing details and documentation processes aligned with industry best

    practices.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor or Master degree in architecture.

    Minimum 10+ years of experience in a designer/reputed architectural firm.

    Required Skill set:

    Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.

    Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop etc.

    Experience in handling high end luxury turn key projects like farms, villas, apartments, retail, office

    spaces, hospitality projects etc.

    Experience in site handling and coordination, handling PMCs will be an added advantage.

    Real-time problem-solving skills, Hands on experience in project handling.
