    Type: Full-Time (6 days a week, Monday to Saturday)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and implementing best practices to raise the standards of our schools. This role involves working closely with our network of schools to provide support, training, and guidance, ensuring the successful implementation of our curriculum and the satisfaction of our franchisees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify best practices in education that can be adopted across our network of schools.
    • Collaborate with school leaders and teachers to implement these practices effectively, ensuring they align with our educational goals.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to our schools through phone calls, counseling, and visits.
    • Monitor the progress and impact of implemented practices, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by our schools, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our curriculum and support.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs and the overall success of our school network.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    • At least 3-5 years of teaching and administrative leadership experience in a school, preferably in Gurugram.
    • Familiarity with ICSE, CBSE, and international boards is highly advantageous.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
