- Monitoring and driving agency business of DO locations through agency recruitment, agent activation, agent productivity, agent engagement matrix
- Driving the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across digital office (DO) locations
- Working on achieving the top line and bottom line as per the defined matrix
- Providing strategic inputs from a geographical perspective and periodically reviewing, designing and implementing plans
