Job Description for Service Engineer:
Manage Incoming phone calls.
Giving the right pitch to the potential customers, so they end up buying the
product or availing the services.
Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email,
chat or by visit.
Assisting customers with product setup and resolving any technical issues
they might experience.
Informing customers about specialized product functionalities and features.
Following up with customers to ensure that reported technical difficulties have
been resolved.
Troubleshooting, analysing, and reporting product errors, failures, or
malfunctions to management.
Making products and services reports by collecting and analysing the
information provided by the customers.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
methods/tools
Assisting customers with product setup and resolving any technical issues they
might experience.
Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments, as well as
positive or negative feedback.
