- Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical including application assistance in response to customer inquiries (both internal and external), including education, training and on-site visits.
- Responsible for method development activities for all chromatography products viz. HPLC, UHPLC, LC MS/Column Chemistries, having the Knowledge/experience on GC/GC-MS would be an added advantage.
- Actively participate in the process of complaints handling for any products related issue & troubleshooting, if any. Also, responsible for independent handling, upkeep & maintenance of Centre Of Excellence lab instruments.
- Works in alignment with Sales Specialists team to identify and qualify leads and support for technical conversion to sales by conducting Demos, customer presentations, technical seminars & trainings on various chromatographic products and applications.
- Involves in new product development evaluations as & when required.
- Responsible to generate technically reviewed Application notes & upload data/reports to the global Tech tools..
- Plays a key role in improving workflow-based differentiation of products and integration of complementary technologies across the chromatography products portfolio.
- Builds a strong connect relationship with key opinion leaders in focus product areas...
- Interest to learn alternate chromatographic techniques as part of cross product training for customer support. Additionally, also keeps self updated on current technology trends and scientific literature cascading to the sales force team.
