- Responsible for formulating overall strategy to meet business plan of the organisation and establishing required policies required.
- Prepare annual and micro level sales plan as per the management requirement.
- Plan, coordinate and direct business operations to ensure the achievement of company revenue goals, maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth, implement plans to increase the profitability of company products and services.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Managing Business Development Managers and Sales to drive and develop to achieve the targets.
- Provide feedback and make recommendations that increase the success of marketing efforts and the effectiveness of current marketing strategies at reaching target
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Prepare regular reports and MIS reports for Top management
- Able to coordinate and modify sales plan as per the requirement and feasibility.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning, budgeting and expense reporting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Understanding of business acumen
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of technical applications related to sales functions.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
