    Thisdynamic CenterHeadshould have good stakeholder management skills alongwith business and operationsbend.
    TheCentre Manager is responsible for managing centre operations andprovides leadership in strategic and operational planning. He/Sheleads the development of centre initiatives and improvements foreffective delivery of centre programmes and services. He/She alsodrives the development of procedures standards and risk managementframeworks to ensure quality teaching curriculum development andstudent wellbeing. He/She also oversees staff professionaldevelopment student enrolment and manpower requirements for thecentre.

    He/Sheis a highly experienced individual who possesses strong leadershipskills and the ability to build effective relationships withstakeholders. He/She works in varied settings such as earlyintervention teaching centres student care centres specialeducation schools and other voluntary welfareorganisations.

    Managestaffperformance.
    Overseestaff development training and mentorshipprogrammes.
    Overseestudent enrolment for thecentre.
    Prepareannual work plans and budgetplans.
    Reportstudent statistics to the relevantagencies.
    Reviewmanpower plans forapproval.
    Setcentres directions for engagement with families community and otherstakeholders.
    Setthe centres Key Performance Indicators(KPIs).
    Setthe strategic direction for thecentre.

Drive cross-centre partnershipsto enhance initiatives and programmes. Drive improvements onsystems, processes, operations and risk management initiatives.
