    Responsibilities

    1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer
    satisfaction
    2. Conduct research to identify new Designers and customer needs
    3. Arrange business meetings with prospective designers
    4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients'
    objectives
    5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and
    guidelines
    6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
    7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

    Skills & Abilities
    1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales
    executive or a relevant role
    2. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop
    3. Proficiency in English
    4. Communication and negotiation skills
    5. Ability to build rapport
    6. Time management and planning skills
    7. Strong influencing skills

    8. Delegation and supervisory skills
    9. Computer and MS Office skills proficiency
    10. Mail Drafting Skills
