Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role.

As a Team Lead, the candidate will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring that project deliverables are met. The day-to-day tasks involve leading, guiding, and motivating team members, tracking and reporting progress to management, recommending process improvements, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, mentorship and team building skills

Extensive experience in project management, with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and other relevant software systems

Experience in managing outsourced projects is a plus

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field Desired Candidate Profile: Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

Organizational and time-management skills

Decision-making skills

Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

Good PC skills, especially MS Excel

Excellent communication and leadership skills Critical
