As A Tele Caller, You Will Be Responsible For Making Outbound Calls To Potential Students Who Are Interested In Studying Abroad. Your Main Goal Will Be To Provide Them With Information About Our Educational Programs, Answer Their Questions, And Encourage Them To Enroll In Our Courses.

Responsibilities:

• Verification of leads
• Tele calling
• SMS, WhatsApp, Email marketing
• Organizing promotional events
• Converting the leads as admissions
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/job aspirants
• Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student
• Keep Accurate Records Of All Student Interactions And Update Our Database With Relevant Information
• Achieve Weekly And Monthly Targets For Number Of Calls Made And conversions of leads
• Participate In Training And Development Programs To Enhance Your Skills And Knowledge Of Our Educational Programs And Services
