- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, college administrators, and key stakeholders.
- Cultivate partnerships through meetings, presentations, and collaborative discussions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the NGO and educational institutions.
- Present our organization's educational programs and resources to schools and colleges.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns to promote our initiatives.
- Work closely with the program development team to adapt and enhance educational offerings based on feedback and needs assessment.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor the impact and effectiveness of our programs in partner schools and colleges.
- Gather feedback and data to evaluate program success and make necessary improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and outcomes.
- Passion for education and a commitment to the NGO's mission.
- Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outreach or community engagement, preferably in an educational context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and database management software.
