    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a PMO - Intern at Srushty Global Solutions. The PMO will be responsible for handling various project-related activities, including project planning, communication, monitoring, and reporting. They will work closely with the project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.

    Also, monitor ISO compliance and ERP process, which are primarily the framework for the governance of the projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
    • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
    • Develop and update project documentation, including charters, plans, and status reports.
    • Assist in resource planning and allocation for projects.
    • Track resource utilization and identify areas for optimization.
    • Collaborate with project managers to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
    • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven findings.
    • Support decision-making processes by presenting relevant data in a clear and concise manner.
    • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and distribute project status reports, highlighting key milestones and issues.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO.
    • Implement and streamline project management processes to enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project management or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of project management and project coordination.
    • Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, and Smartsheet.
    • Ability to understand multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
    • Analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with engineering and design industries is a plus.
    • PMI certification is a plus.
