Job Description:
ROLE: HR ADMINISTRATOR II
LOCATION: HYD
CONTRACT TO HIRE : 8MONTHS
CTC : MAX-5LPA
The purpose of this position is to provide support to the HR and Business Partners in the form of making changes, inputting information, and providing information from the SAP HRIS system. General Job Duties: This position's main duties are to input and change information in the SAP HRIS system along with general administrative duties required by the position. This position will be expected to be able to interact professionally with the various HR and business partners within the company and provide support to the customer's needs in respect to information and administration. Specific Job Duties: Daily input of data into HRIS system: OM and PA master data changes in SAP. Coordination of new hire input. Creation and delivery of termination packets. Interface with managers, HR personnel, and Payroll for problem resolution. Answer manager and employee inquiries. Review and audit of data entries. Interaction with Payroll department on payroll.
TOP RESPONSIBILITY
1. Ability to resolve tickets.
2. Experience with any case management system (Ability to look at ticket QUEUE, understand SLA).
3. Ability to Adjudicate/Review reimbursement claims
4. Proficient in English verbal and writing. Admin will be expected to share responses via tickets.
5. Ability to set priority and respond to escalations.
MANDATORY SKILLS
1. Analytical Skills
2. Excel skills, use basic excel formula's and compares
Standard day look like:
1. Resolving queries/tickets within the given SLA
2. Audits
3. Partner with other teams like payroll, etc
4. Compliance- submit reports to government entities with accuracy and within the SLA.
