Pharmaceuticals distribution company working in 3 districts of Bihar. We work with more than 100 pharma companies as stockists and supply medicines to retailers, Wholesalers, hospitals etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Warehouse Manager at Rounak Pharma in Jhanjarpur. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team of warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in pharmaceuticals warehouse management or a related field
• Knowledge of pharma warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
