    Description

    As a Business Development Manager (B2B Marketing) you will be instrumental in scaling up the company, assist in improving the market position and achieving financial growth. You will be defining long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage overall sales function to maximize sales, volume & revenue for delivering the organizational objectives.

    2. Manage the company's brand marketing initiatives, supporting sales, and lead generation efforts using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy, planning, and execution

    3. Prospecting for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

    4. Setting up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.

    5. Planning approaches and pitches. Assisting the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

    6. Participating in pricing the solution/service.

    7. Handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

    8. Presenting an image that mirrors that of the client.

    Requirements

    1. 5+ years of business development experience in B2B space

    2 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    3. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

    4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

    6. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
