    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Support Executive (Travel Consultant) to join our team at GoFlySmart Holidays. As a Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to travelers and assisting them in booking their flights, holiday packages, hotels, and cab services. This is a full-time position based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel portals
    • Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and payments
    • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
    • Fluency in English and any additional language is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist customers in booking flights, holiday packages, hotels, and cab services
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel destinations, flights, and hotel reservations
    • Process payments and issue tickets and booking confirmations
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
    • Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
    • Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations
